A pillow never felt so good. As you lie in bed for a wintry snooze, the exhaustion settles in from a grueling year of intense holiday shopping. Heavy eyes and tired limbs seduce your senses to welcome sleep but tonight something is holding you back. Did you make a list and check it twice? Did you remember to buy the batteries? Who’s that tapping my shoulder? It’s time to face the music and reminisce about the follies of Christmas past.
Waiting for eyes to open, the Ghost of Holiday Shopping has chosen you for a trip down memory lane. First stop is Christmas 2012, when technique went out the window and thrifty shopping took a back seat. Pressed for time, you sacrificed an arm and a leg by purchasing a set of “bunny” batteries with no concern for quality or price. A memory you’d like to forget, the batteries were DOA on Christmas morning when you needed them most. Don’t make the same mistake twice, Rayovac alkaline batteries last just as long as any brand and cost less to boot. More...

To bundle, or not to bundle, that is the question. Simple questions are often times the hardest to answer but not this one, not today. Bundling is the answer to every penny pincher’s dream: more products for less money. The dream is alive and well and Rayovac embraces the bundling formula by pairing products together to form the most practical bundles that money can buy. Questioning the bundle will only slow down your savings, so relax and trust the deals that Rayovac has to offer.
For those not familiar with the bundling concept, we can boil it down to a simple science: the more products you buy, the bigger the savings. For example, big box stores like Sam’s Club and Costco sell products in bulk for a discounted price. Rayovac mimics this model by offering daily hot bundle deals on their webpage. The major difference that separates Rayovac from the others would be the bundled products. Looking to prep for the next big storm? Rayovac has bundled all the items you would need to power through any storm: a lantern, batteries and multiple flashlights all at a discounted price. More...

First off, this isn’t your average prep school. Prep has a double meaning and the definition we care about can be summed up with a simple acronym – Prudent Reasonable Emergency Preparedness. We applaud you for enrolling in the school of prep – where with a few simple steps and a nose for the ‘just in case’ prepping for any emergency situation will prove easier than you originally thought.
Have you heard the expression better safe than sorry? Consider this the Prep School motto that reinforces the importance of being prepared. Ever since you were born, the month of June means a little more to the guy you call Dad. Father’s Day resides in June, a blessed reminder that during his lifetime he created you. Practical gifts like socks and deodorant simply won’t cut it for this year’s gift. Luckily, we know what Dad secretly wants for his special day.
1. Beer Assistant –Fetching a beer should be one less responsibility on Father’s Day. Serve him up an ice-cold beer wrapped with his favorite sports team koozie.
2. Cheap Golf Balls –When it comes to golf, not all dads are created equal. Buy him some cheap balls so he doesn’t feel bad when he hits them in the water.
3. Portable Power – The tech-savvy dad always has his cell phone on his hip in case of emergency. Arm him with extra cell power from Rayovac and Superdad might make an appearance.
4. Fathead – According to dad: “Go Big or Go Home” and “Bigger is Better”. A life-size portrait of his favorite sports star will have him grinning from ear to ear. More...

Beware. The weatherman is not your friend. A real friend wouldn’t lie to you half the time and think it’s OK. Best to trust your own judgment and prepare for whatever Mother Nature throws at you. A piece of solid advice would be to pack a storm preparedness kit just in case. And lucky for you, Rayovac has mastered the art of making batteries, flashlights, lanterns and portable power that can help you weather any storm!
Sure, the weatherman has the gizmos and gadgets to predict the weather with near accuracy, but in the end it’s just an educated guess. Truth is, the weatherman’s favorite holiday is April Fools’ Day, the only day of the year when the forecast is right regardless of what actually happens. “Happy April 1st– today’s forecast includes rain and patchy fog…April Fools!” A played out joke, overused since the stone age of meteorology.
A month filled with storms is nothing to joke about. April weather can be dangerous and having a storm kit handy is the only way to protect your power and keep your family safe. Rayovac’s full line of flashlights feature battery operated LED's and general-purpose lights that come in handy in a pinch. Ten times more trustworthy than your average weatherperson, the LED 3AAA Glow In The Dark Flashlight lights up the room and helps you see where you’re going. More...
